1. Introduction
Welcome to the official website and digital platforms of ONE Creators Asia Impact Awards & Expo 2026, organized by IdiaOne Events.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, nomination forms, ticketing pages, registration systems, voting platforms, exhibitor forms, sponsorship forms, payment links, email communication, WhatsApp communication, social media communication, and all other event-related services operated by IdiaOne Events.
By accessing the website, submitting a nomination, registering for the event, purchasing a ticket, participating in voting, booking an exhibitor stall, confirming sponsorship, attending the event, or communicating with our team, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website, forms, payment links, or event services.
2. About OCAI Awards 2026
ONE Creators Asia Impact Awards & Expo 2026 is a professional awards, expo, recognition, networking, and creator-economy platform designed to bring together creators, influencers, brands, agencies, digital platforms, media companies, startups, entrepreneurs, sponsors, exhibitors, and industry professionals.

3. Eligibility to Use the Platform
You may use the OCAI Awards 2026 website and services only if you are legally capable of entering into a valid agreement under applicable law.
By using our services, you confirm that:
You are providing true, accurate, and complete information.
You are using the website and forms for lawful purposes.
You are not submitting false, abusive, misleading, defamatory, illegal, or unauthorized content.
You are not impersonating another person, creator, brand, company, sponsor, exhibitor, or organization.
You are not attempting to manipulate nominations, voting, ticketing, or event systems.
You agree to follow all event rules, category rules, ticket rules, venue rules, and organizer instructions.
If you are submitting information on behalf of another person, creator, brand, agency, company, sponsor, exhibitor, or partner, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
4. Free Nomination Terms
OCAI Awards 2026 may provide free nomination opportunities for eligible creators, influencers, brands, agencies, digital personalities, and other approved participants.
Free nomination allows a nominee to submit their profile for review under the applicable award category. Free nomination does not guarantee:
Acceptance of nomination
Shortlisting
Finalist status
Voting approval
Jury selection
Award winning
Stage recognition
Certificate issuance
Trophy issuance
Prize money
Media coverage
Sponsor collaboration
Brand deal
Publicity or promotion
IdiaOne Events reserves the right to verify, approve, reject, hold, modify, move, or disqualify any nomination at its discretion.
5. Nomination Submission Rules
By submitting a nomination, the nominee or authorized representative confirms that:
All submitted information is true and verifiable.
The nominee has the right to submit the nomination.
The social media handles, profile links, images, videos, achievements, and supporting materials are accurate.
The submitted content does not violate any third-party rights.
The nominee agrees to be reviewed under the official OCAI Awards evaluation process.
The nominee agrees that submitted information may be used for award-related communication, verification, promotion, shortlisting, voting, and event announcements.
A nomination may be rejected or disqualified if:
The information is false, incomplete, duplicate, or misleading.
The nominee does not meet category eligibility.
The profile contains inappropriate, illegal, copied, harmful, or offensive content.
The nominee uses fake followers, fake engagement, or fake digital metrics.
The nomination is submitted by an unauthorized person.
The nominee violates voting rules or event rules.
The nomination category is closed, changed, merged, or removed.
The nominee damages the reputation, safety, dignity, or fairness of the event.
6. Award Category Terms
Award categories may be based on content type, influence, public engagement, creativity, impact, growth, audience reach, brand value, niche, region, platform, or other criteria decided by IdiaOne Events.
IdiaOne Events may add, remove, rename, merge, split, or modify award categories at any time.
If a nominee is submitted under an incorrect category, IdiaOne Events may move the nomination to a more suitable category or reject the nomination if the profile does not match the available category criteria.
Category placement does not guarantee award selection.
7. Public Voting Terms
Where public voting is enabled, votes must be genuine, voluntary, and submitted through official voting channels only.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Bot voting
Fake account voting
Duplicate voting
Paid vote manipulation
Automated voting tools
Vote exchange fraud
Technical exploitation
Mass voting through unauthorized software
Misuse of website loopholes
Any attempt to manipulate voting results
IdiaOne Events reserves the right to audit, reduce, remove, freeze, or reject votes that appear suspicious, duplicated, automated, fake, or manipulated.
Public voting may be one part of the evaluation process and may not be the only deciding factor unless specifically announced.
Displayed vote counts may be updated, corrected, audited, or modified after verification.
8. Jury Evaluation and Final Selection
Award selection may involve public voting, jury evaluation, profile review, content quality assessment, audience engagement, originality, consistency, influence, category relevance, authenticity, and other evaluation parameters decided by IdiaOne Events.
The jury panel and IdiaOne Events may evaluate nominees based on available data, submitted information, public digital presence, and internal award criteria.
The final decision of IdiaOne Events and the jury panel shall be final and binding.
Participants cannot demand internal jury notes, detailed scoring sheets, judge discussions, comparative rankings, or confidential evaluation data unless officially released by IdiaOne Events.
9. Winner Announcement and Recognition
Winners, finalists, nominees, and selected participants may be announced through official website updates, social media posts, email communication, event screens, stage announcements, press releases, media coverage, and post-event reports.
IdiaOne Events reserves the right to correct, withdraw, or update any announcement if later verification reveals false information, category mismatch, duplicate entry, voting manipulation, or violation of event rules.
No person, creator, brand, agency, or organization may claim to be an official nominee, finalist, winner, sponsor, exhibitor, partner, jury member, or speaker unless officially confirmed by IdiaOne Events.
10. Ticket and Pass Terms
Tickets, passes, badges, QR codes, and entry credentials may be issued for various categories, including regular passes, creator passes, visitor passes, VIP passes, delegate passes, media passes, exhibitor passes, sponsor passes, guest passes, and team passes.
A ticket or pass is valid only after successful registration, payment confirmation where applicable, and official confirmation by IdiaOne Events.
Entry may be denied if:
The ticket is fake, duplicate, expired, cancelled, or invalid.
The QR code has already been used.
The attendee fails to provide valid ID proof.
The attendee provides false registration details.
The ticket was purchased from an unauthorized source.
The attendee violates venue rules or event rules.
The attendee causes disturbance, safety risk, abuse, or misconduct.
The attendee attempts unauthorized access to restricted zones.
A ticket or pass may provide event access but does not automatically guarantee reserved seating, front-row seating, VIP lounge access, backstage access, food, parking, celebrity interaction, meet-and-greet, award stage access, or media coverage unless specifically mentioned in the ticket category.
11. Payments and Billing
All payments must be made only through official IdiaOne Events payment links, authorized payment gateways, official invoices, verified bank accounts, or approved payment channels.
Users are responsible for entering accurate payment, billing, GST, email, and mobile details.
Taxes, GST, payment gateway charges, convenience fees, platform charges, or administrative charges may apply as displayed during checkout or invoice generation.
A payment debit alone does not guarantee ticket, stall, sponsor, or service confirmation unless official confirmation is issued by IdiaOne Events.
IdiaOne Events is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized agents, fake accounts, impersonators, unofficial QR codes, fraudulent websites, or personal accounts not approved by the organizer.
12. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, transfers, ticket changes, exhibitor cancellations, sponsor cancellations, and payment adjustments will be governed by the official Refund Policy of OCAI Awards 2026.
Users are advised to review the Refund Policy before making any payment.
By completing a payment, the user confirms that they have understood and accepted the applicable refund and cancellation terms.
13. Exhibitor Terms
Exhibitors participating in OCAI Awards & Expo 2026 must comply with all event rules, venue rules, safety instructions, branding guidelines, payment terms, stall allocation terms, and exhibitor guidelines issued by IdiaOne Events.
Exhibitor participation may include stall space, shell scheme booth, raw space, startup pod, product display counter, demo zone, brand listing, exhibitor badges, fascia name, and other benefits as per the selected package.
IdiaOne Events reserves the right to approve, reject, relocate, resize, reassign, or modify exhibitor stall allocation for operational, safety, technical, sponsorship, layout, or venue-related reasons.
Exhibitors must not display, promote, sell, or distribute illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, misleading, offensive, prohibited, or unauthorized products or services.
Exhibitors are responsible for:
Their own products and services
Staff conduct
Booth safety
Product claims
Licenses and permissions
Damage caused by their team or materials
Compliance with applicable law
Timely submission of branding materials
Timely setup and dismantling
Clean and professional stall presentation
IdiaOne Events is not responsible for exhibitor sales performance, lead conversion, revenue generation, product response, audience behavior, or business outcomes.
14. Sponsorship Terms
Sponsors participate in OCAI Awards 2026 based on the sponsorship package, proposal, invoice, email confirmation, or written agreement accepted by both parties.
Sponsorship benefits may include brand visibility, logo placement, stage branding, digital promotion, website listing, social media promotion, award category association, booth presence, screen branding, media coverage, speaker opportunity, networking access, or other agreed deliverables.
Sponsorship confirmation is subject to payment, organizer approval, brand suitability, availability of category rights, and compliance with event guidelines.
IdiaOne Events reserves the right to reject or cancel sponsorship association if the sponsor’s brand, product, service, communication, legal status, public conduct, or promotional content is found to be misleading, harmful, unlawful, offensive, unsafe, or unsuitable for the event.
If any sponsorship deliverable cannot be executed exactly as originally planned due to venue restrictions, technical limitations, safety rules, government directions, layout changes, or operational needs, IdiaOne Events may provide a reasonable alternate deliverable.
Sponsorship does not guarantee sales, leads, brand deals, media coverage, audience engagement, business conversion, celebrity interaction, or return on investment.
15. Partner, Media, and Collaboration Terms
Partners, media partners, digital partners, creator partners, community partners, and collaboration partners must use the OCAI Awards 2026 name, logo, creatives, event identity, and communication material only with prior approval from IdiaOne Events.
Partners must not make false promises, unauthorized announcements, misleading claims, fake winner declarations, unauthorized ticket sales, or unapproved sponsorship offers using the event name.
IdiaOne Events reserves the right to remove partner recognition, revoke access, cancel collaboration, or take legal action if any partner misuses the event identity or damages the reputation of the event.
16. User Conduct
All users, nominees, attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, partners, media representatives, vendors, and guests must behave professionally and respectfully.
Users must not:
Submit false or misleading information
Impersonate another person or organization
Misuse the OCAI Awards name or logo
Manipulate nominations or voting
Sell fake tickets
Resell tickets without approval
Harass, abuse, threaten, or defame others
Upload harmful, illegal, obscene, or offensive content
Damage venue property
Violate security instructions
Enter restricted areas without permission
Record restricted sessions without approval
Conduct unauthorized promotions at the venue
Collect attendee data without permission
Create disturbance or safety risk
Violation may result in disqualification, cancellation of access, removal from the venue, rejection of nomination, cancellation of stall or sponsorship, withholding of benefits, legal action, or reporting to authorities.
17. Intellectual Property Rights
All official event names, logos, designs, graphics, brochures, posters, videos, social media creatives, website content, certificates, badges, award designs, category names, stage designs, event concepts, and brand assets related to OCAI Awards 2026 are owned by IdiaOne Events or its respective licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, edit, distribute, sell, publish, commercially use, or create derivative works from official event materials without written permission.
Limited sharing of official event posters, nomination links, ticket links, and promotional materials is allowed only for genuine event promotion and only in a truthful, non-misleading manner.
18. Use of Submitted Content
By submitting photos, videos, logos, bios, social media handles, profile links, company descriptions, brand materials, product details, or supporting documents, the user grants IdiaOne Events permission to use such materials for event-related purposes.
This may include:
Nomination review
Shortlist announcements
Voting pages
Social media promotion
Website listing
Sponsor presentations
Event screens
Certificates
Brochures
Press releases
Media coverage
Post-event reports
Future event promotion
The user confirms that they have the right to submit such content and that the content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
19. Media Consent at Event Venue
By attending OCAI Awards & Expo 2026, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, recorded, interviewed, and featured in official event media.
Such media may be used by IdiaOne Events, sponsors, partners, media agencies, vendors, and authorized representatives for:
Event documentation
Social media promotion
Website content
Advertising
News coverage
Sponsor reports
Brochures
Reels and videos
Future event promotions
Post-event highlights
No separate payment, approval, royalty, or compensation will be provided for such media usage.
20. Third-Party Services
The OCAI Awards 2026 website and event operations may use third-party services, including payment gateways, registration platforms, analytics tools, email tools, WhatsApp communication providers, ticketing systems, venue vendors, security teams, production teams, sponsors, exhibitors, and media partners.
IdiaOne Events is not responsible for the independent actions, policies, technical failures, product claims, service quality, pricing, or business commitments of third-party providers, sponsors, exhibitors, or partners.
Users should independently verify third-party offers, services, products, contracts, and commitments before making any decision.
21. Website Availability and Technical Issues
IdiaOne Events makes reasonable efforts to keep the website, forms, voting pages, registration systems, and payment links available and functional.
However, we do not guarantee that the website or digital services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, secure, or compatible with every device or browser.
IdiaOne Events is not responsible for:
Website downtime
Internet issues
Payment gateway delay
OTP failure
Email delivery failure
Browser incompatibility
Device error
Form submission error
QR code display issue
Third-party technical failure
Data loss caused by user-side error
Where possible, our team may assist users in resolving genuine technical issues.
22. Event Changes
IdiaOne Events reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, restructure, or cancel any part of the event due to operational, legal, safety, government, venue, commercial, sponsor, technical, or force majeure reasons.

Such changes do not automatically create refund, compensation, damage, or liability claims unless specifically stated in the Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
23. Force Majeure
IdiaOne Events shall not be liable for delay, cancellation, relocation, restriction, modification, or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control.
Force majeure events may include:
Natural disasters
Fire, flood, cyclone, earthquake, or severe weather
Government restrictions
Public health emergencies
Venue closure
Law and order issues
Strike, bandh, shutdown, or civil unrest
War, terrorism, or national emergency
Transport disruption
Power failure
Technical failure beyond organizer control
Security threats
Any other situation beyond reasonable control
In such cases, IdiaOne Events may provide rescheduling, transfer, credit, alternate access, revised deliverables, or another reasonable solution at its discretion.
24. No Guarantee of Business Outcome
OCAI Awards & Expo 2026 is a professional event platform for recognition, networking, visibility, brand activation, and industry engagement.
Participation does not guarantee:
Award winning
Sales
Leads
Sponsorship conversion
Brand deals
Influencer collaborations
Investor funding
Media interviews
Celebrity meetings
Audience engagement
Follower growth
Revenue generation
Publicity outcome
Business contracts
Employment opportunity
All participants are responsible for their own business decisions, expectations, follow-ups, and commercial outcomes.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IdiaOne Events, its directors, officers, employees, team members, vendors, sponsors, partners, representatives, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, commercial, reputational, financial, emotional, or opportunity-related losses.
This includes losses arising from:
Non-selection in awards
Voting results
Jury decisions
Event changes
Speaker or celebrity absence
Ticket denial due to rule violation
Website technical issues
Payment delays
Third-party vendor failures
Sponsor or exhibitor claims
Travel or hotel expenses
Business loss
Personal inconvenience
Missed sessions
Force majeure events
26. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless IdiaOne Events, its directors, officers, employees, vendors, sponsors, partners, representatives, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses, and legal costs arising from:
False information submitted by the user
Violation of these Terms
Misuse of event name, logo, or brand identity
Unauthorized ticket sale or transfer
Fraudulent voting or nomination activity
Infringement of third-party rights
Defamatory or harmful content
Illegal conduct
Damage to venue or event property
Breach of exhibitor, sponsor, or partner obligations
Misleading claims made by the user
27. Privacy and Data Usage
Use of personal information is governed by the OCAI Awards 2026 Privacy Policy.
By using our website, forms, payment links, voting systems, ticketing systems, or event services, the user agrees that IdiaOne Events may collect and process relevant information for event-related purposes, including registration, nomination review, ticketing, voting, verification, communication, security, payments, marketing, and post-event reporting.

28. Communication Consent
By submitting forms, registering, purchasing tickets, nominating, voting, or contacting the event team, users consent to receive event-related communication through:

29. Account, Form, and Access Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their registration details, ticket QR codes, login information, payment information, and communication records.
Users must not share QR codes, access links, internal confirmation emails, exhibitor credentials, sponsor credentials, or restricted event information with unauthorized persons.
IdiaOne Events is not responsible for misuse caused by the user sharing access credentials or ticket details with others.
30. Termination or Restriction of Access
IdiaOne Events may suspend, restrict, cancel, or terminate a user’s access to the website, nomination process, voting system, ticketing system, event venue, exhibitor space, sponsor benefits, or partner recognition if the user violates these Terms or acts in a manner harmful to the event.
This may be done without refund where the violation is caused by user misconduct, fraud, misuse, false information, safety risk, or breach of event rules.
31. Updates to These Terms
IdiaOne Events may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
Updated terms will be published on the official website and will become effective from the date of publication unless otherwise stated.
Users are advised to review these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the website, forms, payment links, ticketing systems, or event services after updates means the user accepts the updated Terms.
32. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising from these Terms, event participation, ticketing, nomination, sponsorship, exhibitor booking, payment, voting, or website use shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
